Your workspace language and your customer's message language are separate choices. Set a preferred language on each customer. A customer who prefers English can receive an English reminder while another who prefers Turkish receives Turkish copy, even when both belong to the same business.
A simple example
You manage your business in English. Alex prefers English and Ayşe prefers Turkish. You record each customer's preference and review an email template for each language. When an eligible reminder is due, RemindCash uses that customer's language and the approved template for it. Names, remaining amounts and due dates come from the corresponding receivable.
You do not need to duplicate companies, receivables or schedules to use the two supported message languages. A customer's preferred language is stored with that customer; the business default is used when no individual preference is set.
Review before sending
The business owner approves message wording per language. If there is no approved template for a recipient's language, the system does not silently translate a different version or send a substitute. Sending still depends on the customer's verified contact and recorded permission, the company's active plan and the usual pause, dispute and duplicate-send safeguards.
What is available today?
Outgoing reminder emails currently support English and Turkish. This public website is also available in Spanish, German, Dutch and French; those website translations do not make reminder emails in those languages available yet. For example, an English email to one customer and a French email to another will require French message support and a reviewed French template before it can be offered. We will not send an unreviewed machine translation as if it were an approved message.
