What kind of software is RemindCash?
RemindCash is payment reminder and receivables tracking software for freelancers, independent professionals and small businesses. You record what each customer owes; RemindCash sends polite, scheduled reminders in your business's name before, on and after the due date and stops when you record the payment. It is not accounting or invoicing software and it does not collect payments.
How we compare
- Like with like. We only compare products whose core job is automatic payment reminders for small businesses. ERP, POS, accounting, e-invoicing, banking and enterprise collections platforms are not included.
- The most common alternative. Many businesses track receivables in Excel or Google Sheets. They are not competing products, so their pages compare the approach: what a spreadsheet does well, what it cannot do on its own, and how to keep your sheet while automating reminders.
- Direct or partial. Nudge and FieldNudge are direct competitors — standalone reminder tools at a similar price. Paidnice (AR automation for Xero/QuickBooks) and PolitePay (an invoicing and payments assistant) are partly comparable, and their pages say so.
- Sources. RemindCash facts come from our own product and pricing page; competitor facts only from their official websites, listed on each page with the date we checked. When an official page does not mention a feature, we mark it "Not verified", never "No".
- Both sides. Every page lists where the other product is stronger.
Also reviewed on 11 October 2026 and not included: Chaser, which targets larger companies (plans from £199 a month), and PayBlah, a B2B receivables tool whose SMS and accounting integrations were listed as coming soon.
