Comparison

RemindCash vs FieldNudge: polite payment reminders for solo professionals compared

Both are small, focused tools that send friendly invoice reminders by email for a few dollars a month. They make different trade-offs between simplicity and control.

By RemindCash Updated

FieldNudge is the simpler of the two: you enter an invoice and it sends a fixed six-step email sequence — from three days before the due date to 30 days after — for a flat $9 a month, with a 30-day free trial. Customers can tap "Mark as Paid" in the email. RemindCash costs about the same but lets you change every step of the schedule, handles recurring receivables, partial payments, four currencies and Turkish as well as English, and supports teams. If you want zero setup, FieldNudge is quicker; if you want control, RemindCash goes further.

What each product is for

FieldNudge (fieldnudge.com) describes itself as "polite, automated invoice reminders for solo pros", with pages for commercial cleaners, IT services, landscapers and freelancers. You enter the customer's name and email, the amount and due date; FieldNudge attaches a PDF, creates a hosted invoice link and follows up by email. It works alongside whatever invoicing you already use.

RemindCash tracks what each customer owes and sends scheduled reminders in your business's name. You can add receivables one by one, import them from CSV or Excel, or set up weekly and monthly recurring receivables. It does not create invoices or collect payments.

Pricing

Price comparison of RemindCash and FieldNudge
Product Plan Price
RemindCash Basic $9 / month
RemindCash Pro $19 / month
FieldNudge FieldNudge $9 / month flat; annual billing available
  • RemindCash: Illustrative launch prices on remindcash.com/pricing; checkout is not open yet. SMS and WhatsApp use separate prepaid credits.
  • FieldNudge: Annual price not shown on the page; the site says annual billing saves $19.

On price the two are nearly identical. FieldNudge's single plan is simpler to understand; RemindCash has two plans, where Pro adds team members and higher limits.

Where RemindCash is stronger

  • An editable schedule. FieldNudge's cadence is fixed (−3, 0, +3, +7, +14, +30 days). In RemindCash you choose your own days — up to five steps between 30 days before and 30 days after — set send hours and skip weekends.
  • Recurring receivables and partial payments. Useful for retainers, rent-like monthly fees or instalments. FieldNudge does not describe either.
  • Currencies, languages and teams. EUR, GBP, TRY and USD; English and Turkish reminders per customer; team workspaces with roles. FieldNudge does not state currency or language support.
  • Bulk import. CSV and Excel import with validation, for longer customer lists.

Where FieldNudge is stronger

  • Nothing to configure. One cadence, one price, one click to pause, cancel or resume.
  • Customers can confirm payment. A "Mark as Paid" button in the email stops the reminders without you doing anything.
  • A hosted invoice link and PDF come with every reminder.
  • Longer free trial. 30 days or 30 invoices without a card, versus RemindCash's 7 days.

Limitations of both

  • Neither processes payments; customers pay you directly.
  • FieldNudge describes email reminders only and lists no integrations.
  • RemindCash's SMS and WhatsApp channels are not open yet, its prices are launch prices and checkout is not open yet.

Which is better for freelancers?

A freelancer with a handful of one-off invoices in US dollars who wants something that "just works" will be well served by FieldNudge. A freelancer with monthly retainers, clients in several currencies or Turkish-speaking clients, or who wants a gentler or firmer schedule than the default, will get more from RemindCash.

Which is better for small businesses?

FieldNudge is designed for solo operators. Small businesses with several people handling receivables, recurring customers or bulk lists are better matched by RemindCash's team workspaces, recurring receivables and import.

FAQ

Is RemindCash a good FieldNudge alternative?

Yes, if you need more control over the schedule, recurring receivables, team access or currencies other than USD. If a fixed cadence and the simplest possible setup suit you, FieldNudge does that well.

Do FieldNudge or RemindCash send SMS reminders?

FieldNudge's pages describe email reminders only. RemindCash plans SMS and WhatsApp as prepaid credits, enabled per country once each channel is verified; they are not open yet.

Does either take a cut of my payments?

No. FieldNudge states a 0% transaction fee, and RemindCash does not process payments at all.
