Your plan covers email and API usage within its limits. SMS and WhatsApp are prepaid and always separate.

Prepaid credits, separate from your plan. Rates depend on the destination country. Credits are reserved before a message is submitted and released when the provider does not bill it; your balance never goes negative.

WhatsApp
Prepaid credits, separate from your plan. WhatsApp can require an approved message template and the customer’s opt-in before reminders are sent.

Email
Included in your plan up to its monthly email volume. Until you verify your own domain, reminders come from a verified RemindCash address in your business’s name.

API
Included in your plan within its API request limit. Each API key is also rate limited to 60 requests per minute.

Reminders stop sending until you choose Basic or Pro. Because the trial needs no card, nothing is charged automatically.

Each company has its own credit balance, separate from the subscription. Credits are reserved when a message is submitted, settled by the provider’s billable result and released otherwise. When the balance is too low, the message is not sent — there are no overage charges.
Yes. Plan changes and their limits are shown before they take effect, and your current terms are honoured until a change you accept.
The yearly view shows twelve months at the monthly price. Any annual discount will be shown before checkout — none has been set yet.
No. Card payments will be handled by a payment provider when checkout opens; RemindCash does not store raw card numbers.
