A reminder should sound like your business, not like a generic collection notice. RemindCash offers three starting tones for an email template. You can preview, edit and approve the wording before it is used. Selecting a tone does not send a message or rewrite an approved template behind your back.
Friendly
Warm and brief. Useful for an upcoming due date or a customer you work with regularly.
Hi [name], a quick reminder that [amount] for [service] is due on [date]. If you have already paid, thank you—please ignore this note.
Professional
Neutral and precise. State the amount and due date without sounding casual or confrontational.
Hello [name], our records show [amount] for [service] is due on [date]. Please let us know if payment has already been arranged.
Serious
Direct but respectful. For an overdue amount, ask for a clear next step without inventing penalties or legal consequences.
Hello [name], [amount] for [service] remains outstanding after [date]. Please confirm the payment status or contact us to resolve it.
You control the final message
These examples are illustrations, not messages sent automatically. Your team reviews the subject and body for each supported language and approves the template. The actual email uses the customer's name, remaining amount and due date from the receivable. If the receivable is paid, paused or disputed, later reminders stop; a customer's opt-out is respected.
See the email examples and reminder timing guide. Email is the active reminder channel; SMS and WhatsApp have separate activation requirements.
